After accumulating a bunch of small electronic devices, I looked for an enclosure for these that would keep them off the floor, while still operating. In particular, I wanted an enclosure that would not catch fire should any of the small devices malfunction and overheat. Failing to find anything suitable at commercial sites, I decided to make one myself. The shelves are of glass, and were made from recycled panes of greenhouse glass. The bottom front wood panel adds stiffness to the cabinet and conceals a small UPS.
